These terms cover kgglobalsolutions.com and the client portal. Luna Technologies pages have their own terms. By using the site you agree to them.

Quotes and work

Prices on this site are starting points. Every project gets a written quote first, and nothing is billed until you agree to it. The written quote or agreement for your project, including any deposit and what happens to it, controls over anything on this site.

Government contracting and certifications

KG Global Solutions is not yet registered in SAM.gov and holds no SBA certification (8(a), HUBZone or other). Where the site says we are positioned for or pursuing these, it describes a goal, not a current status.

Demos and examples

Calculators and demos on this site are examples. Their numbers are illustrations, not quotes or advice.

Client portal

Accounts are opened by us, for clients. Keep your login private. Files and information in the portal marked confidential stay confidential, as described in the portal's confidentiality terms.

Photo orders

For photo orders we run for a client photographer, the guarantee shown on the order page (for example, delivery within 24 hours or your money back) is honored as stated there. KG Global Solutions takes payment as the photographer's manager.

Ownership

The site's text, design and code belong to KG Global Solutions unless a written agreement says otherwise. Other names and marks belong to their owners.

Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, USA.
