This page covers kgglobalsolutions.com, the client portal and the client sites we run, such as photo ordering. Luna Technologies pages have their own policy. In short: we collect what you give us, use it to do the work you asked for, and never sell it.
Who we are
KG Global Solutions LLC, an Oklahoma company owned by Kai Grubbs. Contact: kgsolutionsllc.com@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact and quote forms: your name, business name, how to reach you, and what you tell us about your project.
- Client portal: your login email, your project brief, messages and files you share with us, and the status of your project.
- Photo orders we run for a client photographer: your name, phone and email, the athlete's name, jersey color and number, and where to send the photos.
- Payments: Stripe collects card details. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe tells us your name, email, the amount and whether the payment went through.
How we use it
- To reply to you, quote and do the work, deliver photos and run your portal.
- We don't send sales sequences. We never sell or rent your information, and only share it with the services below or when the law requires it.
Services that handle your data
- Netlify hosts the site and stores form entries.
- Supabase runs the client portal's logins, messages and files.
- Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.
- Resend and Discord send Kai a private alert about a new form entry.
- Google Fonts supplies page fonts; Google receives your IP address with that request.
Photos of athletes
Photos are sent only to the person who ordered them, or for team packages to the team's families. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to keep an athlete's photos off social media or to delete them.
Cookies
We don't use ad tracking or tracking pixels. The client portal keeps you signed in using your browser's storage.
Your choices
Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we'll do it within 30 days. We keep project records as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal records.
Children
Our sites aren't meant for children under 13. Photo orders for young athletes are placed by a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
