About this site
This site shares information about Luna Technologies and its first product, L1. Luna Technologies is in formation; until then it is operated by Kai Grubbs with development partner KG Global Solutions LLC, Oklahoma, USA. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Product information
- L1 is in development. Prices, weight, battery life, features and dates are targets and may change before launch.
- Product images are computer renderings. Screens are concept mockups drawn at L1's resolution. The shipping product may look and work differently.
- Captions, AI answers, directions and game stats depend on your phone and on third-party apps and services.
- "Patent pending" refers to U.S. provisional patent application No. 64/182,591. It doesn't mean a patent has been granted.

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. Leave it any time.
Orders, reservations and refunds
- Founder reservations are open. You can hold a spot for free now; once deposits open, you can pay a deposit by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe; until Luna Technologies is formed they are taken by our development partner, KG Global Solutions LLC, and show on your statement as KG GLOBAL.
- Every deposit is fully refundable on request until your L1 ships, and counts toward your order. If we can't ship, you'll get a full refund.
- Founder Pair: while Founder reservations are open, a Founder can reserve a second pair at 30% off the Founder price (the Orbit tier holds a Founder Pair). The offer ends when L1 launches. Each Founder pair includes 3 months of Luna AI free; after that, Luna AI renews only if you choose to subscribe.
- Unused plans cancel themselves: if a Luna AI plan isn't used for 3 months in a row, it cancels automatically and billing stops. You can turn it back on any time.
- No full order is placed and no balance is charged yet. Full order, shipping, warranty and return terms will be published before any balance is charged.
L2 credits
- Founder reservations of $500 or more include a credit toward L2, our next glasses: $25 with the Constellation tier ($500) and $50 with the Patron tier ($1,000). Other purchases and tiers do not include an L2 credit.
- Credits apply to L2 or the next Luna glasses if and when they are released. We can't promise a release date.
- One credit per device bought; no cash value; not transferable; can't be combined with other credits on the same device. Credits last 3 years from your purchase and are void if the purchase is refunded.
Not an investment offer
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any security. Reservations are pre-orders, not investments.
Trademarks
Other product names mentioned (for example, in price comparisons) belong to their owners. Luna Technologies isn't affiliated with them or with any game shown in concept screens.
Liability
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
