Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect on kgglobalsolutions.com/luna and what we do with it. In short: only what you give us on the waitlist, used only for Luna updates, and never sold.
Who we are
Luna Technologies is being formed by its founder, Kai Grubbs. Until the company is formed, this site and the waitlist are operated by Kai Grubbs with development partner KG Global Solutions LLC, Oklahoma, USA. Contact: kgsolutionsllc.com@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email (required), your first name (optional) and the interest you choose.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
- Founder reservations: your name, email, tier, display window, casing color, which eye, and ZIP code (to plan shipping).
- Deposits: if you pay a deposit, Stripe collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe tells us your name, email, the amount and whether the payment went through.
- Share codes: your browser keeps your own share code, and the code of the friend who referred you, so referrals count. This is browser storage, not a cookie, and you can clear it anytime.
- We don't collect your precise location. The only location we see is the rough city in the visit note below and the ZIP code you choose to give.
How we use it
- To email you news about L1 and Luna: demos, reservations and launch. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
- To count how many people are interested, as a total only.
- We never sell or rent your information. We don't share it except with the services that run this site (below), or if the law requires it.
Services that handle your data
- Netlify hosts this site, stores waitlist and reservation entries and runs the visit-count note, which keeps a daily list of visits (time, page, rough city, device type and referring site; no IP address).
- Resend sends us an email about each new sign-up or reservation, with the name, email and tier you entered.
- Discord receives the anonymous visit-count note.
- Stripe processes deposit payments under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts supplies the page fonts. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- If we later use an email service to send updates, it will hold your email address for that purpose only.
Cookies and tracking
This page sets no cookies and uses no ad tracking or tracking pixels.
Visit count: when you open the page, we receive one anonymous note with the time, the page, your approximate city (looked up from your connection by our host, Netlify), your device type (for example "iPhone") and the site that sent you. We don't store your IP address and can't identify you from this note. It's sent to the founder's private Discord channel so we know how many people visit.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email, or email us to be removed from the waitlist.
- Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll do it within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for Luna updates.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. We'll email you before any change in how we use your email.
